Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter with 3+ years of recruitment experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and assist with the offer and joining process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide timely updates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines as assigned.
• Stay updated on current recruitment trends, market conditions, and sourcing techniques.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment trackers.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT/Technical recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies or corporate talent acquisition teams.
• Strong networking and candidate relationship-building skills.
