Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital is looking for an experienced HR professional to support HR operations and people-management activities across our Public Health programs.

The position will be based in Saharanpur and will require regular field visits and coordination across Modinagar and Meerut.

• Manage recruitment and staffing activities for Public Health/field teams.
• Handle HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding and HR records.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling and employee queries.
• Ensure timely HR compliance, documentation and audit support.
• Conduct regular field/Vision Centre visits and coordinate with field teams.
• Support performance management and employee development activities.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Maintain HR MIS, manpower data and periodic HR reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Program and other cross-functional teams for smooth HR processes.

• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) /MSW/ Master of Public Health (MPH).
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR MIS, reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel and field visits.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with field, operations and program teams.
