Job Description

As a Sr HR Proj Mgmt Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of desired outcomes.

In this role, you will impact the organization by providing strategic guidance and insights on HR project management, helping to shape the future of the organization and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. As a key leader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
• Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
  
  

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
