RoleOverview:

We are looking for a HR professional with a strong blend of HR Operations and HR Analytics. The role requires hands-on experience in HR reporting, MIS, dashboard creation, data management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee movements, and exits.
• Prepare HRMIS,reports,dashboards,andworkforceanalytics for leadership.
• Create and manage dashboards using PowerBIandAdvancedExcel.
• Ensure HR data accuracy through validation, auditing, and data governance.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and business stakeholders for reporting and HR requirements.
• Support process improvement, automation, and workforce reporting initiatives.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Analytics, or HR Reporting.
