About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, staff records, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Ensure smooth joining and induction process for new employees across spa locations.
- Maintain employee databases, HR reports, payroll coordination, and compliance records.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, grooming standards, and workplace policies.
- Coordinate training schedules and support employee development programs.
- Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support management in implementing HR policies, operational processes, and team engagement activities.
- Coordinate with spa managers to ensure proper staffing and smooth daily operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, salon, or service industry is preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resource Management required.
