Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and help maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records, handling employee queries, supporting training initiatives, and partnering with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the needs of designers, artisans, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to support the hiring and retention of diverse team members.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to maintain a fair and supportive work environment.
• Proficiency in HR operations, including HR documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws, HR compliance standards, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, artisans, and leadership.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, design, or export-focused environment is beneficial.
