HR manager- Construction site

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end HR operations at the construction project site.
2. Handle manpower planning, workforce deployment and labour management.
3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities and employee exit processes.
4. Monitor daily attendance, leave, overtime and payroll inputs for site employees and labourers.
5. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, minimum wages, labour laws and other applicable regulations.
6. Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower requirements, wage payments and labour-related documentation.
7. Maintain employee records, attendance registers, labour records and statutory registers.
8. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, welfare activities and workforce-related issues.
9. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Accounts and Head Office for smooth HR operations.
10. Manage site administration, employee accommodation, transportation, canteen and other welfare facilities.
11. Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures at the project site.
12. Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports and compliance updates for management.

Language: Hindi is mandatory. Candidate must have good Hindi communication skills.
