JOB DESCRIPTION:

An experienced and self-driven HR professional with 6+years of Strategic HR Generalist experience.

CORE COMPETENCIES:

×       Can lead HR activities like – Resourcing, Payroll, Administration, Compliance, Onboarding / Induction, Exit, Employee Grievances, HR Policy Implementation, Vendor Management , Etc.

×       Will lead an HR department.

×       HRMS portal

×       Talent development and engagement program for diverse teams and levels, high-impact projects and driving strategic and operational HR in a dynamic work environment.

×       Supporting multiple lines of business in a global organisation in an established and growing environment with multiple stakeholders.

×       Should be capable of independently driving engagement with senior decision-making authorities.

×       Good Understanding and Exposure in IT Telecom companies is desired .

×       Excellent communication and presentation skills
