Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in Noida. The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. Responsibilities include helping maintain employee records, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves coordinating training sessions, handling basic HR documentation, and providing administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth personnel management and consistent HR practices across the organization.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital platforms and HR software.
- An interest in the retail and technology sectors and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
