HR Interns(Recruitment) 3 months duration

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic HR Interns (Recruitment) to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to our hiring efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status updates.
• Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
