HR Implementation Consultant

Role Description The HR Implementation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for planning and executing HR software and process implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support. The consultant works closely with client stakeholders to understand HR workflows, design practical solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and practices. Day-to-day activities include conducting assessments, preparing documentation and SOPs, training end users, monitoring project progress, and resolving implementation issues. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, providing post-implementation support, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess HR processes, interpret data, and design effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Communication skills to engage stakeholders, understand requirements, and present recommendations clearly.
• Candidates should possess Software Implementation and Project Implementation experience to manage HR system rollouts from planning through post-go-live support.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, HR technology, or human capital management, preferably within consulting or SME environments.
• Ability to work on-site with client teams in Rajkot, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS platforms, change management practices, and SOP development is beneficial.
