About this role
Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in Human Resources. The HR Executive will support various HR functions, enhance employee experience, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
