Hr Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our HR and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, employees, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidate profiles and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, follow-ups, and joining dates.
• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Prepare and share job descriptions and recruitment posts.
• Maintain proper documentation of candidate and employee records.
• Support the joining and onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist with employee documentation, verification, and HR-related formalities.
• Maintain basic attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Respond to employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates as required.
• Ensure HR records and documents are maintained accurately and confidentially.
