About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities for our US IT staffing and recruitment business. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Experience working with a US IT staffing or recruitment firm will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities
• HR Operations & Administration
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and timesheets.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, reimbursements, and employee queries with the accounts team.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and internal procedures are followed.
• Prepare employment letters, offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
• Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
• Coordinate internal hiring for recruiters, US IT staffing professionals, bench sales recruiters, and other business roles.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Employee Engagement & Performance
• Support employee engagement, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and retention initiatives.
• Track attendance, punctuality, productivity, and leave management.
• Coordinate employee training, HR communications, and internal meetings.
• Assist management in resolving employee concerns and workplace issues.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Support HR compliance, policy implementation, and statutory documentation applicable to Indian operations.
• Prepare HR MIS reports covering headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with management on HR planning and workforce requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Experience with HRMS, Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience in US IT staffing, recruitment, or a BPO/IT services organization is preferred.
