Job Description: HR Executive HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 6 months (HRBP experience or relevant HR internship)

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Shift: Night shift (likely starting after 5:00 PM)

Compensation: Up to 4.5 LPA

Cab Facility: Two-way cab provided

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive HRBP to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in an HR Business Partner role or relevant HR internship experience, with a good understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partner activities and day-to-day HR operations.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
• Assist with employee engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
• Support onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with managers and employees to address workplace concerns.
• Assist in performance management, employee feedback, and HR reporting.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as an HRBP or relevant HR internship experience.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in a night shift, with shifts most likely starting after 5:00 PM.
• Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office 5 days a week.
