Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for marketing, creative, and digital roles — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build inclusive job descriptions, and design interview playbooks.
- Manage ATS workflows, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless, brand-aligned candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, induction programs, and first-week success for new hires across creative teams.
- Support HR operations including policy documentation, employee data management, and compliance tracking.
- Champion employer branding initiatives — from career page content to social campaigns that attract top creative talent.
