Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in Construction and EPC recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring technical and non-technical professionals for construction projects, infrastructure, and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Construction and EPC projects.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit professionals for civil, mechanical, electrical, planning, project management, and engineering roles.
• Understand client requirements and project-specific manpower needs.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial discussions, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and project teams.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate follow-ups.
• Ensure timely closures for urgent and bulk hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection, offer, and joining process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, or Engineering recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of technical hiring and project-based manpower requirements.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

Experience and Location:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in HR recruitment, preferably in Construction / EPC.
• Industry Preference: Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, and Engineering.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
