HR RECRUITMENT INTERN
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Role Type: Internship
The Information Company is looking for an HR Recruiter Intern who enjoys interacting with
people and wants hands-on exposure to recruitment.
What youll do
Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support joining formalities and other HR activities.
What were looking for
Final-year student or fresh pass outs interested in HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Condent speaking to candidates.
Organised, proactive and good at follow-ups.
Basic MS Oice/Google Workspace skills.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Key Success Measures
Success in this role will primarily be measured by the quality and relevance of candidates
sourced, speed of shortlisting, consistency of candidate follow-ups and successful interview-
to-joining conversions. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical, hands-on exposure
to recruitment and an opportunity to learn how the hiring process works from sourcing to
onboarding.
