- Handle end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and HRMS data.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Support performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee exit formalities and offboarding processes.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with management and employees to support smooth HR operations.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Operations professional.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Experience working with HRMS tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience working in an IT or corporate environment is an added advantage.
