About this role
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Shops & Establishments, Maternity Benefit, etc.)
- Prepare, file, and maintain all statutory returns, registers, and records within prescribed timelines
- Manage Compliance & Benefits PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave Encashment, and other employee benefit schemes
- Handle inspections, audits, and queries from labour department, PF, ESI, and other government authorities
- Oversee contract labour compliance, vendor audits, and related documentation
- Manage Industrial Relations – employee grievances, bipartite meetings, union coordination, and maintaining industrial harmony
- Support policy implementation and ensure plant-level adherence to company HR policies and statutory norms
