Department: HR Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee and contract labour data in the Contract Labour Management System (CLMS).
• Coordinate with location HR teams, contractors, and vendors for manpower-related data collection and verification.
• Ensure timely updating of contract labour records, attendance, and statutory compliance details in the system.
• Support document management, including contractor licenses, labour registrations, insurance records, and compliance documents.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries as required by management.
• Assist in employee and contractor onboarding/offboarding activities related to CLMS.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the system.
• Follow up with stakeholders for pending data, approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Support audits and compliance checks by providing required documentation and reports.
• Perform other HR operational and administrative activities assigned by the C&B team.
