HR Business Partner

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

HR Planning & Budgeting:

- Support manpower planning and HR budgeting for the business unit.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.

- Monitor progress against HR plans and recommend improvements.

- Benchmark and adopt HR best practices.

HR Policies, Systems & Processes:

- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

- Identify policy gaps and recommend corrective actions.

- Drive awareness and communication of HR initiatives.

- Conduct periodic HR process audits.

- Ensure data accuracy and compliance in HRMS, ATS, Poornata, and CSOD.

Talent Development & Learning:

- Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.

- Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and leadership development programs.

- Coordinate training need analysis and learning interventions.

- Ensure effective performance management execution.

- Build leadership capability and succession pipelines.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

- Support recruitment through sourcing partners and talent pipelines.

- Ensure quality hiring with optimal turnaround time.

- Drive seamless onboarding experiences.

- Improve recruitment processes and employee referral programs.

Performance & Rewards Management:

- Ensure timely completion of performance appraisal processes.

- Support implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

- Conduct employee communication on rewards and performance processes.

Employee Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness:

- Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, inclusion, POSH, and ABG values.

- Conduct engagement surveys and analyze feedback.

- Implement employee engagement and motivation programs.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

- Support employee relations and compliance-related activities.

- Assist in resolving ER/IR matters and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
