Hr Associate 1

Role & responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition Support

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals, and via referrals
• Screen CVs against job descriptions and conduct initial telephone screening
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
• Collect candidate details (experience, current and expected CTC, notice period, location) and maintain the tracker
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates through the offer and joining stages

Onboarding and Documentation

• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection and background verification
• Conduct new joiner orientation and induction
• Create and maintain employee files and records (physical and digital)

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR generalist, recruitment or HR operations role
• Working knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR documentation

Skills and Competencies:

• Good verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email; familiarity with an HRMS or ATS is a plus
• Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity)
• Strong organisation, follow-up and time management
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in fintech, NBFC, BFSI or a startup environment
• Exposure to hiring for mid and senior level roles
