Role Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to support the housekeeping department and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations.

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

• Monitor room and common-area housekeeping activities.

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth hotel operations.

• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.

• Maintain proper housekeeping procedures and inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Hotel Housekeeping.

• Previous experience in a supervisory / team-handling role preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
