KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
2. Payroll & HR Operations
Manage monthly payroll processing through ERP systems.
Ensure accurate salary calculations, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts team for timely salary disbursement.
3. Statutory Compliance EPFO, ESI & Labour Laws
Manage EPFO and ESI registrations, including opening new employee accounts.
Ensure timely statutory filings and maintain updated records on government portals.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities whenever required.
4. HR Documentation & Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee KYC, joining documents, contracts, personnel files, and HR records.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, and other official HR communications.
Ensure accurate, updated, and audit-ready physical and digital documentation.
5. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.
Support performance appraisals, KPI tracking, and performance review documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Min. 3 Years of relevant experience in HR operations and administration.
Strong practical knowledge of payroll processing, EPFO, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems and employee record management.
Excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage HR functions with accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability.
