Role Description The Hostess role at SRC is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Hostess is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing reservations and walk-ins, and coordinating seating to ensure smooth service flow. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, providing accurate information about the restaurant, maintaining the reception and waiting areas, and communicating with the service team about guest needs and table status. The Hostess also supports guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, presenting a professional appearance, and consistently upholding the restaurant's hospitality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
• Proficiency in handling reservations and guest seating, including basic understanding of reservation systems or table management tools.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Polished phone etiquette and comfort in managing inbound calls, guest inquiries, and booking requests.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur on a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
• Attention to detail, organized work habits, and reliability in time management and shift coverage.
• Previous experience in front-of-house hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic English proficiency; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
