3. Sales & Business Development
- Drive medical loan applications and successful disbursements from the assigned hospital.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.

- Promote HealthEasy EMI services within the hospital through approved promotional activities
and patient awareness initiatives.
- Develop new hospital contacts and support the expansion of HealthEasy EMI's hospital
network when required.
- Monitor lead conversion, application status, approval rates, and disbursement performance.

5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of patient enquiries, leads, loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Update the CRM or company reporting system regularly.
- Prepare daily activity reports and periodic performance updates for the reporting manager.
- Ensure patient documents and personal information are handled securely and only through
approved channels.
- Follow company policies, lending partner guidelines, and applicable compliance
requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in business, sales, or healthcare
management is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, hospital sales, healthcare financing, banking, NBFCs,
