Hospital Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team at a 30-bedded multispeciality hospital located in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital administration and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing staff effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the overall operations of the hospital, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery. - Oversee the Ayushman process, TPA process, and NABH accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality standards are met. - Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency. - Monitor hospital performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. - Ensure that the hospital is adequately staffed and that staff members are trained and supported in their roles. - Handle patient complaints and feedback to improve service quality. - Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability of the hospital. Required Skills: - Proven experience in hospital administration, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards. - Familiarity with Ayushman, TPA, and NABH processes is mandatory. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. This role requires a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience. The salary for this position ranges from 3.0 Lakh INR to 4.5 Lakh INR annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
