Home Loan Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate home loan business through bank branches.
2. Coordinate with branch staff and relationship managers to generate leads.
3. Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements.
4. Explain home loan products, interest rates and eligibility criteria.
5. Convert leads into successful home loan applications.
6. Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
7. Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents and channel partners.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets.
9. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursements.

2. Home Loan Digital Channel

Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate home loan leads through digital platforms and online enquiries.
2. Contact customers who submit online home loan applications or enquiries.
3. Explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation.
4. Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails and digital platforms.
5. Convert online leads into successful home loan applications.
6. Assist customers with the loan application process.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, login, approval and disbursement.
8. Maintain daily lead reports and follow-up records.
9. Achieve monthly business targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of home loan products and banking processes.

• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 1–5 years in banking sales preferred.
• Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services.
• Freshers: Can be considered depending on the requirement.
