Home Loan Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads for home loans through builders, real estate agents, direct customers, and open-market activities.
• Identify potential customers and explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for home loan disbursements.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan approvals and disbursements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
• Follow up with customers regularly to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (as per company requirements).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in sales, customer handling, and relationship management.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in home loans, LAP, banking sales, or financial services will be an advantage.
