The Team Lead Customer Support (Voice) is responsible for managing a team of customer service agents handling inbound and/or outbound voice interactions. The role focuses on driving service quality, meeting SLAs and KPIs, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experience while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Manage and lead a team of 10–20 customer support agents

Monitor daily attendance, adherence, and productivity

Conduct team huddles, briefings, and performance reviews

Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets

In-depth knowledge of voice processes and call center metrics

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel

Strong coaching and feedback skills
