Hiring for Store Manager - Apparel - Mumbai

Position: Store Manager

Location: Mumbai(Linking Road , Bandra / Dombivali)

Industry: Retail Apparel / Footwear / Beauty Care / Lifestyle Retail

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in retail store management

CTC: 3.6 - 6 LPA

Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete store operations and daily retail activities

• Drive store sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience

• Manage visual merchandising and maintain store standards

• Handle billing, cash management, inventory, and stock control

• Lead and manage store staff/team members

• Coordinate with Area Managers and internal stakeholders

• Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with company SOPs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in apparel/lifestyle retail is mandatory

• Team handling experience is compulsory

• Strong communication and customer management skills

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Comfortable with 6 days working (1 weekday off)
