We are looking for skilled professionals to join our Architecture team at our Thane office for the following positions:

1. CAD Designer Architecture

• Prepare architectural working drawings, technical drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop and update floor plans, elevations, sections and construction documentation.
• Interpret architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Ensure drawing accuracy and quality while meeting project deadlines.
• Required Skills: AutoCAD, architectural drafting, working drawings and construction documentation.

2. 3D Visualiser Architecture

• Create detailed 3D architectural models and high-quality photorealistic renderings.
• Develop interior and exterior visualisations based on architectural drawings and project requirements.
• Work on materials, textures, lighting, camera angles and rendering.
• Incorporate feedback and coordinate with the Architecture team to deliver quality outputs.
• Required Skills: 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Vantage rendering software and Photoshop.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in architectural CAD drafting or 3D architectural visualisation.
• Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Drafting or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in residential or commercial projects will be an advantage.
