We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage, optimise, and grow our jewellery brand's online presence across Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and optimise existing product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy.
• Upload new jewellery products with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, accurate product attributes, and pricing.
• Optimise product titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords to improve search visibility and sales.
• Manage product catalogues, inventory, pricing, variations, and listing updates across all three platforms.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalogue issues.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis within the jewellery category.
• Optimise Etsy tags and listings to improve organic discoverability.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central listings, backend search terms, and product catalogue requirements.
• Maintain Shopify product pages, collections, product categorisation, and SEO.
• Track listing performance, traffic, conversions, and sales, and recommend improvements.
• Research and implement strategies to increase online visibility and generate sales.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Proven experience managing Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Etsy.
• Strong understanding of product listing optimisation, e-commerce SEO, keyword research, and catalogue management.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion accessories, or lifestyle products preferred.
• Ability to independently audit existing listings and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with marketplace analytics, competitor research, and sales reporting.
