About the RoleGoodVeda is looking for a Health Coach / Health Advisor who can provide end-to-end health and wellness guidance to customers. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customers health concerns, guiding them on suitable wellness solutions, explaining product usage, and maintaining regular follow-ups throughout their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities- Understand customers health concerns, requirements, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
- Provide personalized health and wellness guidance based on customer requirements and company-approved protocols.
- Guide customers regarding diet, lifestyle, wellness routines, and healthy habits.
- Explain the appropriate usage, dosage, course duration, precautions, and benefits of GoodVeda products as per approved guidelines.
- Assist customers in following their recommended wellness plans and routines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer progress and address concerns.
- Handle customer queries related to health, wellness products, usage, and ongoing programs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up details, and interactions in the CRM.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the medical/clinical team whenever a customer's concern requires professional medical intervention.
- Contribute towards customer retention, satisfaction, and business targets.
- Ensure a professional, empathetic, and responsible approach while communicating with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Ayurveda, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in health counselling, wellness, nutrition, healthcare, customer counselling, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of health, nutrition, lifestyle management, and wellness.
- Excellent counselling and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and explain solutions in a simple and clear manner.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM and calling platforms.
