Head - Training - Infrastructure/Construction

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Training to spearhead our organizational learning and development strategy in Bangalore. In this leadership capacity, you will architect the end-to-end training roadmap, aligning human capital development with our long-term business objectives. You will work closely with the executive leadership team, department heads, and external partners to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Job Description:

- Develop and implement training programs to meet organizational needs.

- Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.

- Manage and mentor a team of trainers.

- Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.

- Prepare budgets and manage expenditures related to training programs.

- Ensure compliance with relevant training standards and regulations.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and training technologies.

- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and conferences.

- Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee progress.

- Ensure skill and competency are measured and evaluated enhancing capability development.

- Organise and ensure skill development programs run via the Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council or CSR as per their schedule.

- Organise and schedule training programs for operators, mechanics, or other required users in line with the organizational context.
