HTLB Systems is hiring experienced professionals who have strong working experience in broking firms , banks and currently serving at high positions in these industries . Our hiring is for the esteemed position of Head Of States (Fixed CTC of 60LPA) which grows to over 1 Cr+ per annum as you gain experience in our ecosystem. Your working will be to manage and expand business in your assigned state by managing the ZBM working under your due dilligence.
To apply you must have experience of working in stock broking /banking with strong client network and your current ongoing CTC must be above 30L along with strong experience in financial markets

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and revenue in the assigned state
- Managing district wise ZBM of your assigned state.
- Manage our ZBM Network in the state enhancing there work capabilities
Candidate Profile
Candidates must be currently working or have previously worked with:
- Stock Broking Firms
- Banks
- Wealth Management Companies
- Financial Services Companies
Preferred Experience:
Experience above 10 years of working in above given industries with a strong built up network and ongoing CTC must be above 30L to establish strong ongoing track record.

Compensation
