Role Description The Head of Programmatic Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role leads the strategy, development, and management of programmatic partnerships across demand- and supply-side platforms, data providers, and key ecosystem partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and negotiating new partnership opportunities, optimizing existing relationships for performance and revenue, and collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams to align partner capabilities with business goals. The role involves monitoring market trends, evaluating new technologies, defining best practices for programmatic buying and selling, and ensuring compliance with brand safety and data privacy standards. The Head of Programmatic Partnerships also mentors the team, sets measurable objectives, and reports on partnership performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications

• Programmatic advertising expertise, including hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.
• Strong partnership and business development skills, with a track record of negotiating, structuring, and scaling strategic agreements.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in interpreting campaign metrics, performance reports, and ROI analyses.
• Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including mobile user acquisition, audience targeting, and attribution models.
• Knowledge of ad tech infrastructure, including bid strategies, inventory quality, brand safety tools, and privacy/compliance standards.
• Leadership and people management capabilities, including experience building and guiding cross-functional or partnership-focused teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external decision-makers.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations; prior exposure to AI-driven advertising or performance marketing is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate closely with local and international partners.
