Role Description The Head of Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position leads the end-to-end marketing function, including developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market expansion for HOLSOL EPC ROOFTOP business. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market planning, supervising marketing campaigns, guiding market research initiatives, and collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. The Head of Marketing will manage public relations activities, monitor performance metrics, optimize marketing budgets, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role also involves mentoring the marketing team, identifying growth opportunities, and staying informed about trends in solar and renewable energy markets.

• Candidates should possess Public Relations experience to manage brand reputation, media outreach, and external communications.
• Proven experience in leading marketing teams, ideally in Solar Rooftop, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven marketing plans and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on ethical and inclusive leadership.
