We're Hiring: Head of Marketing & Growth | Stocks Sena

Stocks Sena is looking for a hands-on marketing leader to build and lead our entire marketing function from the ground up.

We're looking for someone who understands content, knows how to capture attention, and can turn creative ideas into measurable growth. This is an opportunity to take complete ownership of marketing at a growing fintech startup and work directly with the founding team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Content Creation: Conceptualise, script, shoot, and publish engaging videos, reels, and other content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
• Brand Building: Develop Stocks Sena's brand identity, voice, and positioning in the financial research and investing space.
• Growth Marketing: Build strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, platform sign-ups, and audience engagement.
• Marketing Strategy: Own the entire marketing function, from planning and ideation to execution and distribution.
• Creative Campaigns: Experiment with content formats, campaigns, and unconventional growth strategies to reach new audiences.
• Performance Tracking: Measure content performance, audience growth, and user acquisition to continuously improve results.
• Team Building: Build and manage the marketing team as the company scales.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone who is genuinely passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and audience growth.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and capable of independently shooting and producing video content.
• Someone who understands storytelling, hooks, social media algorithms, and what makes content perform.
• A self-starter who can take complete ownership and execute without constant supervision.
• Someone who can think strategically while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution.
• An interest in stock markets, investing, or fintech is a strong advantage.

We value creativity, execution, and demonstrated results over degrees or credentials alone.
