Role Description The Head of Marketing Cleanroom is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the marketing strategy and execution for cleanroom-related aluminium extrusion products and puf panels , including planning campaigns, defining target markets, and managing brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating market research activities, analyzing customer and competitor data, and translating insights into actionable marketing and sales plans. The role also involves developing new markets and using experience to crack the deals with existing network. The Head of Marketing Cleanroom Divison will manage public relations efforts, support key customer engagements, and ensure consistent communication across digital and traditional channels.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Management and Market Planning, with the ability to develop and implement strategic marketing roadmaps.
• Strong Market Research skills, including data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight development.
• Experience in Sales support and coordination, including lead generation, sales enablement materials, and collaboration with sales teams.
• Proficiency in Public Relations, brand communication, and stakeholder engagement within industrial or B2B environments.
• Relevant experience in metals, manufacturing, or cleanroom-related industries is mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage multiple initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on clear, inclusive, and professional messaging.
