Wondr Diamonds is looking for a high-calibre Finance Leader to lead our Finance & Accounts function and play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy, governance and growth of the organization.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a finance professional who can go beyond accounting and compliance — someone who can partner with the Management, drive financial discipline and enable informed business decisions.

Location: Corporate Office / Factory

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / equivalent

As Head – Finance, you will be responsible for:

▪ Leading the overall Finance & Accounts function and financial governance

▪ Driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance

▪ Providing strategic financial insights to the Management for key business decisions

▪ Overseeing P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and working-capital management

▪ Driving strong financial controls across our multi-location retail operations

▪ Overseeing jewellery inventory accounting, reconciliation and financial controls

▪ Leading statutory, internal and external audit processes

▪ Ensuring robust compliance across GST, TDS, Income Tax and applicable regulations

▪ Managing banking relationships, treasury and funding requirements

▪ Driving cost optimization and improving operational profitability

▪ Developing meaningful MIS and financial dashboards for Management review

▪ Building, mentoring and leading a high-performing Finance team

We are looking for a finance leader who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have:

10–15 years of progressive Finance & Accounts experience

CA / CMA / MBA Finance qualification preferred

Strong experience in retail, jewellery, manufacturing or other inventory-intensive businesses

Proven exposure to multi-location operations

Strong understanding of working capital, inventory controls and business profitability

Excellent knowledge of taxation, audit, compliance and financial reporting

Strong ERP and advanced MS Excel capabilities

Exceptional analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills

The ability to work closely with promoters / senior management and translate financial data into business decisions
