We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head with strong experience in eCommerce and Amazon PPC Marketing to lead our digital growth and performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the overall Digital Marketing & eCommerce strategy.
• Drive Amazon PPC and marketplace performance, focusing on sales, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS and profitability.
• Plan and optimize campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition, conversion and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, competitors and customer behavior.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI.
• Lead, mentor and manage the digital marketing/eCommerce team.
• Work closely with sales, creative and management teams to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare regular performance reports and growth strategies for management.

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Performance Marketing or Marketplace Marketing.
• Strong and proven experience in Amazon PPC / Amazon Advertising.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce sales funnels, marketplace growth and performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and CAC.
• Experience managing teams and significant marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical, strategic and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
