Head of AI Innovation

The Role

This is the most important hire in our AI initiative. You will design and own the AI transformation roadmap for India's largest luxury watch retailer; a business built on craftsmanship and a passion for the finest timepieces.

You translate business problems into AI solutions, then make sure those solutions get built, adopted, and deliver measurable value. You work directly with the CEO and every department head. You are not a manager of a technology team. You are a business leader with deep AI fluency, and you bring the same care to your craft that our watchmakers bring to theirs.

Your Craft: What You Will Own

• The AI roadmap: Own it end to end across merchandising, marketing, sales, CRM, and digital.
• The intelligence pipeline: Design and deploy the ERP-to-Claude pipeline using dynamic API integration.
• Decision support: Build and maintain the Claude-powered system that supports the CEO and department heads.
• Use cases: Partner with every department head to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• The Labs team: Lead the AI Labs engineer and business analyst and stand behind their output.
• Capability reviews: Run quarterly AI capability reviews across all departments.
• The toolkit: Stay ahead of AI developments and keep the Labs toolkit sharp.
• Leadership reporting: Present progress, ROI, and roadmap updates to the MD & CEO and investor stakeholders.

Your Passion: Who You Are

• You have 5–8 years of experience building AI-powered products or systems in a business context.
• You have delivered measurable business outcomes with AI, not just built models.
• You know LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier), and data pipelines deeply.
• You are curious and driven, and you keep learning because you love the work.
• Retail, e-commerce, or luxury experience is a strong advantage.
• You communicate exceptionally well, whether with a CEO, a boutique manager, or a software engineer.
