What we're looking for:

We're growing fast and looking for a senior leader to run People and Administration. You'll work directly with the founders and own the day-to-day running of the company's internal functions.

What you'll do:

• Lead HR: hiring support, onboarding, payroll and employee records
• Work with our accounts team on bookkeeping, payroll and compliance
• Manage office operations, vendors and administrative processes
• Coordinate across teams and with external partners
• Support the founders on scheduling and priorities

You have:

• 5+ years in administration, HR, finance or operations
• An accounting background
• Experience leading people, with sound judgement and discretion
• Clear communication
• Comfort running a company on software: accounting, HR and payroll systems, spreadsheets, and team tools
• Curiosity about AI tools, and a habit of replacing manual work with software
• Experience in an educational institution, startup or SaaS company
