About this role
Hiring: Head of Investor Relations
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a Head of Investor Relations for a leading global B2B sourcing and manufacturing organisation serving renowned international brands and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investor relations strategy and manage relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts and other capital market stakeholders.
- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly earnings materials, annual reports and other financial disclosures.
- Communicate the company's financial performance, business strategy and growth outlook to the investment community.
- Manage quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, investor days and domestic and international roadshows.
- Oversee credit rating agency engagements and investor-facing ESG/BRSR disclosures.
- Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, peer performance and analyst consensus.
- Work closely with the Chairman, CEO, CFO and Board on investor engagement and shareholder value creation.
- Support investor communication for strategic initiatives, partnerships, joint ventures and M&A transactions.
- Build and strengthen the Investor Relations function as the organisation grows.
Key Requirements:
- CA / CFA / MBA in Finance or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- 9 - 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Investor Relations within a publicly listed organisation.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, financial modelling and valuation.
- Proven experience engaging with institutional investors, sell-side analysts and credit rating agencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in ESG/BRSR disclosures and investor communications.
- Experience in the apparel, textile, consumer products or B2B manufacturing sector is preferred.
