SandMartin runs finance & accounting for accounting firms and businesses across the US, UK, Ireland and ANZ - bookkeeping, tax, audit support, SMSF, pension administration and payroll. We're 500+ professionals across six cities, and we're mid-pivot: from a headcount-and-hours model to technology-led delivery, where AI agents handle the routine and our people own judgement, review and the client relationship. HR leads that shift, and this role owns it.

This is not a process-running, check-back-for-every-decision role. We want a strategic HR leader who takes the whole function - strategy, talent, culture, operations, technology - and runs it with the leadership team. Business-first. People-obsessed. Building the HR playbook for the AI era of F&A.

What you'll own:

- The people strategy, end-to-end - full-function HR for 500+ across six cities, run with real autonomy, not routed back to us for every call.

- Reskilling the workforce for AI-led delivery - as AI absorbs routine F&A work, build the map for who moves into judgement and review roles, and how we hire differently. It changes the very next requisition.

- The retention maths - an EVP that holds talent we can't outbid against the Big-Four captives (EY GDS, Deloitte USI, KPMG GDC). Track leading indicators, not just attrition.

- HR on modern tech and data - own the HRMS transition (HONO / PeopleStrong-class), people-analytics dashboards, and AI inside the HR function itself: screening, engagement, prediction.

Who we're looking for:

- 12-18 years in HR, 7+ in a senior leadership role; you've run full-function HR for a 500+ KPO / BPO / GCC / shared-services firm - not one slice of it.

- A strategic partner to a CEO or promoter; you speak margin, delivery and client SLA, not just policy.

- Already putting AI to work in HR, with a clear view on what comes next.

- A genuine people's person, trusted from the delivery floor to the boardroom.

- Autonomy-ready: you bring us decisions, not questions.

Location: Noida (on-site). A build-and-own mandate, a seat at the leadership table with the promoter, and a rebuild-and-growth story you'll be known for.

How we'll decide: shortlisted leaders work through three real SandMartin scenarios - stabilising delivery-pool attrition, HR for AI-led delivery, and the first 90 days with a long-tenured incumbent - plus a short working note. We test judgement, not vocabulary.
