Candidate Profile

- Approximately 18 to 25 years of progressive HR and Industrial Relations experience.

- At least eight years in senior HR and IR leadership with direct responsibility for a large manufacturing workforce.

- Recent experience as the HR or HR and IR leader of a sizeable manufacturing unit or multi-location manufacturing organisation.

- Experience in home textiles, bed linen, made-ups, garments or another labour-intensive export-manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

- Proven experience in workforce ramp-up, industrial relations, dispute prevention, disciplinary processes and worker-welfare management.

- Hands-on experience managing employee transport, canteen, security coordination, factory administration and large-scale employee services.

- Strong practical knowledge of Maharashtra employment, industrial-relations and factory-related workforce compliance.

- Experience handling labour authorities, domestic enquiries, conciliation and disciplinary proceedings.

- Direct experience with customer social-compliance audits, statutory inspections and internal audits.

- Strong knowledge of compensation, payroll controls, contractor compliance, HRMS and workforce analytics.

- High integrity, maturity, confidentiality, resilience and a practical, hands-on leadership style.
