Head - Global Supply Planning - Manufacturing

Role Overview :

The Head of Global Supply Planning will serve as a strategic leader responsible for orchestrating end-to-end supply chain synchronization across international markets. You will oversee the integration of demand signals with manufacturing capabilities to ensure optimal inventory levels and service reliability. Working closely with regional supply chain heads, procurement teams, and commercial stakeholders, you will drive the transformation of planning processes to enhance agility and cost-efficiency. Your leadership will directly influence the company's ability to meet global demand volatility while maintaining lean operational standards.

- Lead end-to-end global supply planning for multiple manufacturing sites across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop medium- and long-term supply strategies to ensure uninterrupted product availability while optimizing inventory investment.

- Translate demand forecasts into executable production and supply plans across global manufacturing facilities.

- Lead global production planning across multiple manufacturing plants to optimize capacity utilization and customer service.

- Review production schedules considering plant capacities, equipment availability, manpower, maintenance shutdowns, and raw material availability.

- Ensure alignment between production schedules and customer demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

- Drive production prioritization across manufacturing locations during capacity constraints.

- Oversee comprehensive capacity planning initiatives to identify potential bottlenecks and optimize asset utilization across manufacturing sites.

- Manage complex inventory planning frameworks to balance working capital requirements with the necessity for high product availability.

- Lead the materials planning function to ensure seamless procurement cycles and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.
