About the Role:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head - F&B to build and lead the F&B business across our Creative Parks.

The role will focus on developing Z-Tech's own F&B brands, creating differentiated food concepts and building strategic partnerships with leading F&B operators and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the F&B strategy, P&L, revenue and profitability across the park network.

- Conceptualise, develop and launch in-house F&B brands and formats suited to different park audiences.

- Build and manage partnerships with national/regional F&B brands, QSRs, cafes, cloud kitchens and food entrepreneurs.

- Identify new F&B opportunities based on consumer trends, park footfall and local market demand.

- Develop the complete F&B ecosystem covering concept, menu, pricing, sourcing, operations, quality and customer experience.

- Drive revenue per visitor, repeat consumption and outlet productivity.

- Lead vendor/partner selection, commercial negotiations, revenue-share models and partnership agreements.

- Establish SOPs and operating standards to ensure consistent quality, hygiene and service across parks.

- Work closely with the Park Operations, Marketing, Revenue and Business teams to integrate F&B with events and park experiences.

- Identify opportunities for new formats, seasonal concepts, kiosks, carts, pop-ups and experiential F&B.

- Build and lead a strong F&B team and operating structure as the business scales.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10+ years of experience in F&B, QSR, restaurants, hospitality, retail or consumer businesses.

- Proven experience in building/scaling F&B brands or concepts, preferably across multiple locations.

- Strong understanding of F&B P&L, unit economics, partnerships and commercial negotiations.

- Experience working with both owned brands and franchise/brand partnerships.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, food trends and experience-led F&B.

- Strong commercial, operational and people leadership skills.

- Ability to build a business from concept to scale in a fast-growing environment.
